More by chance than by design, trainer, coach, and consultant Adeline Heng ventured into the Facebook group realm as an administrator. That has been nothing short of a game changer for the author of Doing Good and Doing Well: Find Personal Success By Helping People Live Better and Healthier.
While she aspired to host her own Facebook group, Adeline’s involvement in the outreach strategy was limited to her participation as a member of groups she joined. Before long, she was invited to be the administrator of a group started by another who had too many groups to manage.
Today, Adeline’s Facebook group, Break The Rules, Just Be You, helps people tap into their divine truth, better enabling them to make good decisions.
As Adeline sees it, those aspiring to start their own Facebook group should keep three things front of mind – clarity, commitment, and collaboration.
“It’s easy to start or take over a group. It’s another thing to keep the activities going within the group. You have to commit time to engage members. Spend time learning from those who have started and grown their own groups.”
Adeline adds that if you feel you’re not ready to start a Facebook group on your own, find someone who shares your passion and start a group together.
“If you have started a group, get to know your members and see if there’s an opportunity to work together,” says Adeline.
BCB highly praises Adeline for her soaring successes!
Indeed, passion always leads to happiness and triumph!
