Wanna live you best life possible? Wanna be on top and in control of your life? Do you think these are possible?
Yes! It is possible and Nikki Arnold author of the Amazon Bestselling book, ‘PositivithinkTM; How to Thrive, Not Just Survive’, showed us how we can have the best of life has to offer in her latest published article with SheSavvy.
SheSavvy is a platform which provides dynamic women everywhere with the ability to empower, inspire, and educate by creating and sharing of knowledge, experiences, hopes, ideas and dreams.
By sheer positive thinking and by taking the steps to shift on how we view our world, Nikki revealed that we will be able to see the world as a world filled with possibilities and potentials, and eventually approach life with zest, wonder, and amazement.
According to Nikki, “… it only takes one small pebble to create ripples that reach the edge of the pond, but you have to throw that pebble in order to make anything happen.”
Just by taking one small step- that is finding your purpose in life that will eventually help you to take those big bold steps such as deciding that you are in control of your life and by utilizing your character strengths or what you are naturally good at and what gifts do you have to pursue your BHAGs (Big Hairy Audacious Goals) – will create ripples and series of positive changes to achieve and live the best life possible.
In her uplifting article, Nikki Arnold specified the usual reasons that prevent many of us from pursuing our goal of an incredible and successful life:
- Our limiting beliefs
- What we were brought up to believe and accept as true
- Our predetermined thoughts
- Our ability to ‘settle’ for less (especially if we are ‘comfortable’ and we don’t have an absolute need to change our circumstances/life);
- Our limiting emotional or behavioral patterns
For Nikki, “Growth and contribution are the ultimate human needs. If we stop growing (as in personal growth) and do not feel that we contribute, we become creatures of habit and ultimately this is both unsatisfying and unrewarding for us. There is no fulfillment in remaining stagnant.”
