She selflessly shared during the interview that in order to create a mindset that conquers, one needs to:
- Change the mindset
- Set oneself as a priority or self care
- Have clarity of purpose
For Anna, to have clarity and purpose: we need to look within ourselves and find the answers within us; utilize the resources around us and ask for help; take baby steps to prevent getting overwhelmed; be grateful for the small victories and reward yourself; don’t beat yourself when you fall; be very systematic and support yourself; and make a decision and stick to that decision.
According to her, “How we look at things is how we see them, the mindset is crucial.”
And so Anna, a natural giver, shared her own example of living a life filled with power, passion, and purpose that has made her the person she is today in her book “Bent Not Broken.”
