Christian Schwaerzler, once a self-professed couch potato, reassessed his busy, unhealthy lifestyle and made a powerful choice to change it! Through his life-changing journey of losing 60 kilograms over 2.5 years, he prioritized the important aspects of his life and reclaimed his well being, fitness,and health.

Despite a demanding corporate job with tight deadlines and lots of travel, Christian developed his own way to reach his goals: no boot camps,no personal trainers, no fancy pills, no faddiets, no special shakes, no meal deliveries—just plain hard work, belief, and passion. Since getting off that couch, he has competed in overseven Ironman and ten Hal-Ironman Triathlons,along with numerous other races. He is now a certified coach with Triathlon Australia and studying with the Ironman University.

Now he wants to share his secrets with you!
