Gargi was born in India, raised in United Kingdom and has lived in several parts of the world since. She left the corporate world of advertising in upstate New York to discover her true calling: Helping people release stress and understand the importance of self-care through yoga, meditation, and coaching, so health and happiness are accessible every day. She says, “No matter where in the world I teach, I find that people don’t have a regular, systematized way to connect to their feelings, direct their thoughts, or hear the wisdom of their own inner voice,” and this is a problem she hopes to remedy. She has taught throughout Europe and now continues her work and research in the many fields of wellness in Denver, Colorado. She is married, has two children, and has the most loveable cocker spaniel in the world.
Wealth and money are usually prioritized over personal wellth and vitality, yet everyone knows outer wealth and material possessions without inner wellth make for a dimmer version of life. But somehow, creating wellth in the form of less stress, more energy, greater happiness or shedding weight – whether it’s mental or physical - can seem illusive, unfamiliar, and too much like hard work. It doesn’t necessarily need to be so.
Simple, small counter-intuitive steps that go against the norm of what you are used to, can get you to your desired result through inspiration, curiosity, and an increased focus in practicing personal growth.
Wellthy Ways provides a host of bite-sized, actionable steps that will help you bypass stress, inner conflict, and worries about aging. You will learn to access more energy, happiness, and internal harmony by efficiently growing your ability to do things differently.
