Igor Klibanov


Igor Klibanov is a fitness professional, author of numerous books and speaker with extensive experience helping busy professionals lose weight, improve their energy, and stay injury-free. His main focus is on promoting exercise, targeted nutrition and therapeutic supplementation.

He was a fitness professional in various community centres and country clubs in the Greater Toronto Area before founding his own company, Fitness Solutions Plus. During his career, Igor has written for a number of popular fitness publications, and has been hired for numerous speaking engagements for various companies in the corporate world, including RBC, CIBC, Sunlife Financial, Investors Group, HRPA, University of Toronto, the Ontario Ministry of Health, Ontario Ministry of Finance, Ontario Ministry of Transportation, Soberman, and others. Additionally he has spoken at personal training conferences, training the trainers, as well as at medical conferences.

He was selected as one of the top five personal trainers in Toronto by the Metro News newspaper, and was the only Canadian featured in the book “Interviews with Top Personal Trainers.”

Since founding Fitness Solutions Plus, Igor, together with his team of professionals is setting a new standard for fitness professionals that throws out the old model of a weekend certification course that involves only exercise.

Igor’s vision of the new fitness professional is a highly educated individual who has extensive education and experience not only in exercise, but also therapeutic nutrition and supplementation. By integrating these areas, Igor and his team are able to provide a much better service than what is common in the industry. Additionally, it will help with issues that go beyond weight loss, like hormonal balance, digestive health and stress management.
