Kevin Judge, in an interview with 12Minute Convos with Engel Jones, shared many interesting and insightful advice on how people can turn their dream into action and why change is important to succeed in anything.
According to Kevin, in order to achieve success, one must dare to turn their dream into action by keeping their focus. Nowadays, everyone can be easily pulled into many directions of distractions. One needs only to focus, as there is reward when you keep your focus.
Another interesting thought Kevin shared during the interview was his paradoxical view of consistency and change. To many, it may seem a contradiction, but for Kevin, these paradoxes has been instrumental in his success and in achieving his goal to help build a world in which vast majority of people and organizations prosper from winning manager-employee relationship.
When asked about the things he has consistently been doing for the past three years, Kevin replied that it is keeping and sticking to his breakfast routine and the willingness to change (other than his breakfast routine). For Kevin, change maybe messy at first, but it is important that one should embrace change until it becomes a consistent routine. And, Kevin has been successfully adapting this paradoxes ever since.
