Author and established entrepreneur, Randolph Leigh led a long and successful career in Computer Networking and Network Engineering. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT Networks & Design from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah where he discovered his love for technical writing. He soon recognized that his health is ultimately what truly matters the most in life. After all, our accomplishments matter little if we don’t possess good health and vigor to lead a good life.
Dealing with terrible health experiences and placed on pills supposedly for the rest of his life, he began searching for an alternative solution. Through his research, Randolph was able to restore his health and now enjoys a vibrant lifestyle. Out of this experience came a true passion for wellness and fitness, specifically with distance running. In addition, he now mentors colleagues and members of his community in health, fitness, business & personal development.
